Every serve of two bites gives you 3g of creatine monohydrate with no powder, no shaker and no gritty texture. No added sugar, gluten free, about 30 kcal per serve.

Ingredients

Whole Milk, Creatine Monohydrate; Sweeteners: Sorbitol, Isomalt, Sucralose; Thickeners: Polydextrose, Gelatin; Stabilisers: Citrus Pectin, Sodium Citrate; Acidity Regulator: Sodium Bicarbonate; Preservative: Potassium Sorbate.

Each flavour uses the same base recipe. What changes is the natural identical flavouring and the colouring used for that flavour (for example, Strawberry uses natural identical strawberry flavour and cochineal carmine). The full list for each flavour is printed on its pouch.

Each serve (2 bites, 13g): 3g creatine monohydrate, about 30 kcal. No added sugar.

Allergens: Contains milk and milk derivatives. Contains lactose. Gluten free.

How To Use

Chew 2 bites a day for 3g of creatine monohydrate, the daily amount most research uses to support strength, power and recovery.
