Shipping policy

Processing times

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Orders placed after midday are counted from the next business day. You will receive another notification as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping rates

Standard delivery is free on Australian orders over $200. For all other orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery option you choose.

Delivery times

Our carrier quotes, but does not guarantee, 2 to 10 business days for standard delivery within Australia, depending on where you are. We also ship to New Zealand, and deliveries there can take a little longer.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel to your door.
