HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Keep in mind that order received after midday we consider next day shipping process, however we make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Kindly understand that we are humans, working with human hands and human brains. We aren't perfect. :) 

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

We ship 4Rio domestically (Australia) and to our closest neighbor, New Zealand. Shipping time depends on your location. If you live down the street from us in Brisbane, you will get faster than if you live in Perth. Our carrier partner's website quotes but does not guarantee, 2-10 business days for domestic delivery. New Zealand shipping may take longer
